By Emeka Esogbue As I embark on another authorship project, "The Nigerian Civil War: An Ibusa Perspective," I find myself asking a question that many local historians confront when documenting their communities: "Why hasn't Ibusa produced a comprehensive map of its community for public use?" It is a legitimate question and one that many researchers, historians, and heritage enthusiasts have pondered.
