Born to Ibusa parents, Chief Odogwu Ijeh and Mrs. Francisca Omeba Ijeh, both from Ibusa in Delta State, Chief Kizito's remarkable journey bears the torch of unwavering commitment to excellence. Chief Ijeh's academic credentials are impressive. He attended St. Augustine's College, Ibusa, and later Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku.
