 Maisha Odiakosa Formalizes Idumuje-Unor Community Cultural Identity By Emeka Esogbue On May 10, 2026, the rich cultural heritage of the people of Idumuje-Unor, an Anioma community, was proudly on display as tradition, identity, and family heritage converged in a colourful cultural ceremony. Maisha Odiakosa, daughter of the renowned Anioma philanthropist, Chief Michael Onyekali Brian Odiakosa, was formally admitted into the Ada Ogbe-Owelle group. The ceremony, led by the Ada Ogbe of Ogbe-Owelle Quarters in Idumu Obu Village, marked her traditional and formal acceptance as nwa ada of both the village and the wider Idumuje-Unor community. The USA-based Maisha Odiakosa was ceremonially received into the fold of her ancestral heritage, signifying her full recognition as one of the nwada ada of Idumu Obu Village.
